I know the Philippines has a lot of Spanish influence but still I am impressed by the quality of the food served. I love it so much I went back for lunch! (If I return to the same restaurant during a business trip, that means I really enjoyed it.) Don't really have much else to say since the pictures are gonna do all the talking for me!

My amazing tummy was still able to find place for a delicious ube gelato! Not just any gelato, but artisanal gelato~~~ They made at least a dozen flavors but when there is taro / ube, that's what I will always fall for, especially when I am in the Philippines. Their ube ice cream is simply the best!

The ube did not disappoint and the black sesame was surprisingly delightful as well. You are very aware of both flavors at the same time. The black sesame topping were roasted, together with the wafer, provided the crunch for the different texture. Oh, Philippines, I thought I won't gain weight coming here... how wrong was I!!! I think it will be next to impossible for me to travel to a place and not find something I will love to eat... :P
