I went there based on raving reviews from friends but I have to say I was quite disappointed... With that said, your experience could be very different compared to mine. Many come for their all-you-can-eat Movenpick + Häagen Dazs ice cream... (if this is your thing but I thought this is supposed to be a hotpot restaurant...)

The ingredients are average at best and the soup base was less than memorable. I think I skipped the seafood altogether after trying the shrimp and scallop, which was a disaster. It's inexpensive but I'd rather pay more for better quality...

| This is chicken sperm sack. It must be a Taiwanese thing because I don't recall ever seeing them on the menu in Hong Kong. My friends, who are local Taiwanese, tried and said they think this one is synthetic, since it doesn't taste like the real deal at all. I didn't eat this since this is outside my comfort zone already... ^^||| |
