Dragon Palace (金龍軒) - Dinner

My friends and I went there for dinner back in January - to celebrate a birthday and as a reunion dinner before the year of the Snake.  We are all regular here so we knew what we wanted to order before we even looked at the menu.  In fact, I don't think I ever looked at the menu here...  after all, it's one of your typical Cantonese style Chinese restaurant.

A very delicious dish - must-try!

杏汁花膠豬肺雞腳湯
Chinese (almond milk, fish maw, pork lung, chicken feet) Soup

Pork lungs are quite tricky to prepare at home.
This is a dish I would only order at restaurants  I can trust.
When it's done right, it's so delicious!

Watercress and Black Chicken Meatballs

You don't find many restaurants that offer black chicken meatballs.
The flavor is very distinct!  Highly recommended.
This is a dish we order every single time.
